i hooked up my old nintendo over the weekend and was playing some tetris, rc proam and tyson's punch out, ive played tyson the most and have almost beaten him again, but i was wondering if there was a code to get right to him? i thought there was but the codes i get after beating macho man just take me back to having to beat him again before fighting tyson. so anyway if anyone knows i would apreciate some help, and also if anyone wants to talk about this game then go for it

I know that from memory because I must've fought Mike Tyson hundreds of times until I beat him. I still think that KO'ing Tyson is the hardest thing to do in all of gaming.

i beat him once way back in the day, but last night i knocked him down twice before he knocked me out in the 3rd round, but i know i can get him beat tonight if i try enough..........and thats what im gonna do

Here's how to beat Tyson. YOu have to get through the first 1:30 of the first round. He throws those uppercuts that can knock you down with one.

YOu can't block them, you need to move to one side or the other and then hit him one or two times. I can't remember.

I don't really remember after that, but the first 1:30 is important.

That first 1:30 is huge, but he can still beat the hell out of you after it.

I can't remember back far enough if I actually beat Tyson, but I've seen friends fairly recently who can beat him consistently. All of the boxers on that game have a pattern, & Iron Mike is no exception. You just need to learn his little moves and know when to block or dodge. The thing is, he's way faster than any other opponents.

I popped it in and Mike KO'd me in 23 seconds. Probably one of my worst showings ever.

I then rolled my way to Soda Popinski before he TKO'd me.

They should come out with a modern day version where he slugs it out with you for six rounds, and then just sits down and quits.

i fought him 3 times last night and made it to the 2nd round every time and knocked him down atleast once each time

but tonight i fought him 6 times and only made it out of the first round once i just kept going to dodge the uppercuts to early and then moveing right back into them. so i quit for the time being so that i didnt smash my controller

i'm sure your fiancee will be thrilled to find out what you have been doing in your spare time......

she needs to get back home soon, especially since with her gone i have no one to tell me that i dont really need to buy things, so ive been spending a ton of money on stuff i dont need

atleast punch out isnt costing me money
