So I'm trying to add an unofficial boot to my ipod right? Right. So I put both discs on itunes, label the songs, artist, etc. Once it is placed into itunes, the order of the songs gets all messed up. Should I place them under different album names (disc 1, disc 2) in order to avoid the strange order of songs? I guess so. Shit.

There are fields in the song info for Track _ of _ and Disc _ of _. Fill those in appropriately and you should be fine.
