I figure there must be somone else out there in the world who is honestly repelled by Bono. I like U2, I Like bono's voice, I just don't like looking at him.
His theatrics during any stage performance, especially the way he walks .... well, let's just say I was watching one of his performances a few years back.. and for the first time in my life I had the actual sensation of my skin crawling.
whenever I see him do that slow-motion prancing thing he does, it reminds me of buffalo bill in silence of the lambs in front of his mirror dancing around with his wang tucked in.
*shudder* (where's the smiley for that one?)
So, anyone in agreement? or anyone else have stories of someone/thing that creeps them out that everyone else on the planet doesn't seem to mind?

GOLD!
That is EXACTLY how I feel about him, and I'm even a psuedo U2 fan.

i liked bono a lot better when he displayed his hate for the establishment by being anti-establishment, rather than just making a mockery of himself like he's done since about 1992 or so

I like him... I sometimes hate his stage persona, but I honestly think that his intentions are good.
He's always there... Good or bad, he's always there.
Don't get me wrong. I have no hatred for the actuall person that bono is (or presents himself as).. I don't care about his political statements etc. I'm just physically repulsed by him when he's on stage. It's a gut thing.
I still like his music
