There is a Class Action lawsuit against Nextel for unfair business practices relative to unilaterally changes to rates and rounding up of minutes and such. If you had service between January 1999 and December 2002, you will probably get a letter saying you're in it (with information if you should chose to not be, although I don't know why someone would do that).
