Point taken, but rock bands don't wield anywhere near the power and influence on the government as the modern corporation.

Dude, seriously. You think rock bands playing some concerts have more of an effect than corporate lobbyists on the government?

Yeah, a rock star is more likely tobe your hero then the government or any department store, unless you're retarded.
Which means you think highly with your hero and may be easily influenced and take his side on many things.
I almost bought into eddies BS, only cause he is the singer of my favorite band, and a hero to me.
I wasnt into politics back then, and would take eddies side on many things.
I kinda got interested in politics a few years ago and seen what an asshole I was.

I'm not talking about influence on people. I'm talking about influence ON THE GOVERNMENT. If you base your life decisions and positions on what rock stars tell you, you're correct about one thing---you're probably at least mildly retarded.

While we're playing the donation watch game, I'll throw in that George Soros has donated over $15 million according to the Washington Post.

Cracking the nut of the campaign finance conundrum is not an easy one.

For some reason I always thought Target gave to Democrats/Democratic causes.
Maybe it's because I figured they were the anti-Walmart? I dunno.

I would think this too, The last company I worked for gave one of our buildings to Target, I cant believe what some trucking companies do to
get accounts. But I mean the building was in our facility which most workers were one race, and I was thinking to myself how come when I goto the other building(Target) all the people in the office were black,
so I thought about it, I said we must have gave them they're own builing in our yard.
I hate when companies do this.
Ok Im ready for ya now, but Im going to bed.

You guys are having a hard time understand this arent you? :P
Target I think orginated from the South.
The town my company is in, the town is 98% Latin, and the workers in the warehouse are 99% Latin, and in office about 67% Latin.
So how come no Latin people in this building?
Cause its the Target building. haha Ok time for bed.
