has anybody played this yet? just wondering if it's worth picking up..all I have is 2004..but i'm debating just getting 2005 off ebay for really cheap instead of paying like $50 for '06

my buddy JUST called me to tell me how awesome the game was. I however stay away from the football games because I suck at them. Madden is way too complicated for me

Its weird, I find Madden super complicated and difficult, but NCAA is just easy to play for some reason.

I think I like the college version better because I love running the option. You can be the worst school, and make it pretty far running the option.

They've changed some of the controls so it's a little more complicated. On defense now, the sprint button is X instead of O. Instead of trying to get used to it, I went to the controller configuration and changed it back to 2005 configuration.

i prefer the play of ncaa to madden..but im a bigger pro football fan than college..so i more often play madden

You cant complete any normal passes, by that i mean you have to throw flages over the shoulder or sprint out and wait for a streaking reciever to run back an dthen throw it.
You drop every single pass its ridiculous, like last year. i thought it was fixed, i must have just gotten a good string of games.
