It cracks me up, every time I read about someone suing over a "sex" tape.
If they didn't want anyone to see them having sex, they should have recorded themselves in the first place: or at the very least, they should erase such things after they've viewed it themselves.
Too ridiculous. This crap either get's out their intentionally or people are simply idiots, or both.

Yeah, that was more a response to jacktor, because when she asked why someone would video tape themselves, the only reasons I could think of would traumatize my wife.
