Is anyone watching the reruns of Season 1 of Survivor on OLN?
It's interesting going back and watching it now that there has been so many subsequent seasons. They had it so much easier than other seasons and nobody had a strategy at the beginning.

I thought it was just a special about the 1st season.

If you are talking strategy, hmmm maybe for the first few episodes. But Season 1 was by far the toughest in regards to food and survival. The only thing they ate was rice and fish.
Edit: I think the easiest season as far as strategy was the season where the model from Pittsburgh won against the guy who learned everything from the funny guy. Nobody on that season had a strategy except for the funny guy who maybe one of the best players ever.

I saw an episode yesterday. It is neat to see them to see how much the show has evolved. Besides Amazing Race it's the only reality show worth watching.

Read Mark Burnett's book about season 1. He said he took it way too easy on them. They even gave the cast more rice mid-way through the season because they ate through their first allotment too quickly. In the last few seasons they haven't gotten any rice to start out with.
I think the people in Africa had it the toughest. They got rice, but they didn't have a good water source. They just baked out in the middle of the desert surrounded by brush to keep the lions out.
OLN plans to air all the seasons in order.

Yeah but the first season didn't have fruits or vegetables on the island like the other seasons have had.

Call your cable company.
And Survivor: Australian Outback was the bestestest
My first Survivor Babe crush was on this season: Elizabeth (Filarski) Hasselbeck.

They'll listen.
Plus, if there has been enough requests for a channel they usually will bring it into the rotation.
It doesn't hurt to try, I mean there might be others in your area that have the same wants and needs as you.
Give It A Shot.
To get my SPEED channel I request it because it was in a digital cable package that I didn't want to have, because I don't watch that many channels, but I need SPEED.
