he's an alcoholic. and he's not very nice to men.
i used to work at the senior pga lightpath classic (was north-something or other at first). i worked in the clubhouse barbacking and serving food and whatever to the golfers and their families before and after they played for the day.
chi chi would be giving away $ to women, be hammered and always be yelling at men. i think he did it to impress the ladies. they loved him.

yeah, my dad's a huge golf fan and said chi chi is an asshole... sounds like it
