Is it necessary, when you're entrenched in losing weight and working out, to talk about it incessantly every morning with your coworkers? I mean how many days in a row can you talk about what food you're eating and when, portion control, workouts--aerobic and anaerobic, clothing sizes, buying new clothes due to weight loss.
