Stocks went down yesterday after the exit polls indicated Kerry doing better than expected.

The Market has taken off today.

Stocks would have gone up today no matter who won. The uncertainty is what was holding the market down. Stocks have always historically done better during Democratic presidential terms. That's a fact.
