I need to figure out how to erase the files from my iRiver H-10 mp3 player. I have the damn instruction manual and it's not in there!!

HELP!

I have recently re-organized all my music files on my computer, and I need to sync them over to my iRiver....but I need to erase what I previously put on there first.

Does anybody have one?? Can you help a brotha out??

5. How do I delete files from my player?
Solution: To delete files on the T10 players:

1. Stop playback.
2. Click the NAVI/MENU (center of joystick) button.
3. Select Browser.
4. Select the file to delete by using the Volume + or Volume - button.
5. Click the A-B button
Verify that you want to delete the file by selecting "Yes" with the arrow.

Solution: To delete folders on the T10 players:

1. Stop playback
2. Verify the folder is empty. You can not delete a folder that contains files
3. Click the NAVI/MENU button.
4. Push the NAVI/MENU button to the left once to view a list of the folders on the players (or to move one folder level up).
5. Select the folder to delete by using the Volume + or Volume - button.
6. Click the A-B button and verify that you want to delete the file by selecting "Yes" with the arrow.

Solution: To delete files on the T30 players:

1. Stop playback.
2. Press and hold the Mode (M) button to display the function mode screen
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Advanced from the list of options.
5. Select Delete File from the list.
6. Navigate to the file you want to delete by using the Forward or Back buttons. Press the Mode (M) button to exit the folder or press the Play button to enter a folder.
7. With a file selected, press the Play button and verify that you want to delete the file by selecting "Yes" with the arrow.

You cannot delete folders on the T30. You will have to use a PC to delete the folders.

cant you just right click and 'explore' its contents from my computer? just delete the fuckers!
