The results are in, and Bush won. I did not vote for GW, but I did vote. Even though my guy lost I am still alive today, still working, still breathing; for now anyway.
I have decided that I can't let the election results dictate my life. I can still have an impact on the world. "..Own two hands.." I guess is going to be my new approach.
To be honest, I didn't feel good about voting for Kerry. He sold his soul too. We are never going to have a "True" American in office. To much $$ and coruption in politics.
Thanks to the folks from Move On and all the bands that played for a worthy cause.
Yes, will move on. No choice about it. The fact that Bush will be in office again has saddened me more than expected....the thought I can't escape is that he may have the opportunity to appoint two new supreme court justices and that scares the hell out of me. But that's another day, another topic.....
very well said iwishiwasaleaver. I think if your candidate did not win and you have issues on what is going on right now, you need to get involved with orginizations that will keep a watchful eye on things going on.
