Lumines and Hot Shots Golf are the ones I have played the most.

depends on what games you like.

If you like hack/slash RPG's UNtold Legends is pretty good, better if you do multi-player.

If you're into puzzle games Lumines is good, just gets annoying, it's like Tetris for the eternally patient, and Smart Bomb is pretty decent too.

All the racing games are pretty fun, and with Wipeout Pure you get the web browser.

Death Jr. is pretty fun if you like platformers, plus you get to wield a scythe AND dual pistols. How cool is that?

Just as a forewarning, I hope your PSP doesn't have firmware higher than 1.50 otherwise you won't be able to put emulators and hacks on there.

Check out http://www.pspupdates.com or psp-hacks.com both of those have good homebrew packs and emus for every system.

Lumines. The best puzzle game in a long time.
