My neighbor has a dog, a pitt bull I think, and the fucking thing won't shut up. Since they got it around Memorial Day it has been going nuts on a regular basis, day and/or night. As soon as they walk out the door it starts barking, yelping, howling, and whimpering. It takes a break long enough to lick itself and run around in circles and then it's back to barking at abso-fucking-lutely nothing. I think it has seperation anxiety but at this point I don't give a flying fuck. Now I'm a super easy-going dude. I'm laid-back, quiet, and I keep to myself. You'd never know I was here for the most part. I'm also non-confrontational, so I let it slide for the longest time.

Anyway, I eventually complained to management and things got better for a week or so, then it slowly went back to the way it was. So I complained a second time. Again, it's fine for a few weeks but then it's back to going crazy-go-nuts, mostly at night. Which brings me to right now. I'm on the computer with my earplugs in and listening to my Riot Act on vinyl with headphones and I still hear the motherfucker.

So I'm really just venting and looking for sympathy. Hopefully someone can give me some advice on how to not do what I want to do which is pound on their fucking door next time I know they're home and go domestic on them.

Instead of complaining to management while don't you just walk over to their place and talk to the people in person in a respectable tone?

Play Rival and it should just blend together.

My cat has a drug problem.

Should I confront him about it?

Like I said, I'm not confrontational. And I've already played it out in my mind and because I always expect the worst I assumed that I'd get attitude and no cooperation. At this point it looks like the latter is definitely true. I don't think that me personally talking to them would do any good now since management has said something twice and it is still a problem. They now leave the TV on to keep it company and quiet, so now I've got a loud TV and a louder dog ten-feet away from me.

I would play Rival but alas, I don't like Binaural. Vinyl or CD. I did play DMX one day and it blended in perfectly :P

60%?: just lock up the catnip, but don't be suprised if you wake up with a set of sharp claws pressed suggestively on your nuts

Im not a dog person either. Kick the door down and let the damn thing out. Maybe it will find a new home miles away.

In that case, slip a note on their door that reads:

If your dog continues its barking behaivor I'll be forced to slit its fucking throat. This is warning #1. Do not expect a warning #2, only a dogs head on your fucking doorstep. Got it?

Call the management and have them listen to it first. Make sure they get up there, so your neighbors can get a bona-fide warning.

My suggestion is to tell the owner to shut his dog up. If your only response to that is that you're non-confrontational, then enjoy listening to the dog.

Or, complain to management again. Keep complaining. Eventually the guy will get kicked out.

Just kill it. No warnings, no confrontation. Shoot/stab/slice/drive over/eat the motherfucker and then go to sleep.
