I've been sitting in this computer lab trying to write this essay, and I haven't gotten shit done. I fucking hate procrastinating, but I also hate doing things before the last minute and find it near impossible. Looks like I'll be getting up early and working, and then racing to finish it during the break between classes. Fuck!

I do that during the quarter all the time. You'll get it done. It's just your first classes of your freshman year. Relax man, unless you're going to grad school all you need is C's for the next 4 years and you have a USC diploma.

I need B's at least, without a 3.0 I lose my scholarship. But yeah, I'll be alright. I do my best work at the last minute anyway. I just get really stressed sometimes.

This is why I have a shitty extra computer that has no access to the net.

3.0? Well, that's a bit tougher. I guess you could always PAY for that expensive-ass education if you'd rather slack off all the time ;)

This writing class is notorious for being the hardest class you'll take as a freshman, so I'm not too worried. I already have a page and a half and a clear conception of what I'm writing about, and I'll have some time tomorrow. Also, this first assignment is only worth 5 percent of our grade. But yeah, I need to keep my shit together.

I just looked at USC's tuition rates.
You could graduate from UW and get a year into grad school for what 1 year at USC costs. You kids are nuts.

my freshman year i got a 2.0 and a 2.0 because i smoked pot everyday, about 5 times a day, never went to class, and never did any work. i also hated my classes.

and i also gained about 50 pounds.

i came home for the summer, started working out, lost weight, started writing for the school newspaper, and it was all good from there.

i recovered to get over a 3.0, and improve every semester, after freshman year (ex, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2).

Yes please!

I've already started working, but it's due in an hour and a half.
