Check out Fells Point. I really like it there. I walk there from the Inner Harbor but you can take the water taxi if you like. If you're in to checking out music shops, the Soundgarden is a good place to go. Its in Fells Point. There are also some good bars and restaurants out that way too. But yeah as said before, it's worth your time and money to spend on the Aquarium. They just expanded it, but I'm not sure if it's done yet or not.

clark, at camden yards, one of the most beautiful parks ever, you MUST get a Boog Powell pulled pork samich. once you taste it youll instantly feel "loved"
in Little Italy, theres a place me and the missus love called CHIPPIARELLIS. they have the greatest salad in the world, i keep going back just for that salad. great food food too...

McCormick and Schmicks has the best steak in baltimore, nice romantic atmosphere for the lady, right on the water. menu changes twice a day because the fish comes in right off the boat. take the water taxi there to enhance the love vibe...

The Aquarium is a good time, there is a huge mall kinda hidden. you will find two shopping centers almost identical at the inner harbor. the one facing the world trade center, on the 2nd level, has a long outside passway that leads to a hotel/huge mall that has 4 stories.
If you can take a tour of Oriole Park before your game. They take u in the clubhouse and dugouts and they yelled at me cause i ran out to the pitchers mound and i almost got kicked out. i got scolded by a woman from kentucky:(
Fells Point has some great bars. Power Plant Live (youll see what Im talking of when your there) is always jumpin at night, drink up a storm.
Do the Duck Tour, youll see ALL of baltimore, all the history and stuff, its an amazing city. if you cant tell Im rather fond of it as I spend a week there every summer just for the ballpark and all the places to eat and get drunk. IF i ever move out of CT im going straight to Baltimore.

Baltimore holds a special place in my heart. Lisa and I met on a college-sponsored booze cruise on the inner harbor. Lisa went with a date, so I hooked up with one of her friends that night, but I laid some groundwork with Lisa on that cruise.

You should come to the Philly show. I heard MMJ and QOTSA are both opening for Pearl Jam that night.

McCormick and Schmick's is amazing. FANTASTIC seafood! Definitely go!!
*Overrated chain restaurant seafood. Surely in Baltimore, you can do better.
The one in Boston wasnt that special, never been to the one in NYC, but the one in baltimore is out of this world. Being right on the water the fish is fresh off the boat and it comes from all over the world.
it is the only place in the world, outside of Pescara Italy, that I was able to find the fish ORATA.....
Now Ill admit I have had better in balty, but my fiance loves their steak so we ALWAYS hit M&S when were there.
Im telling you tho, Obrycki's is the greatest place in the world for 2 things: Crab soup and Crab Cakes. you will NEVER find better in Baltimore or any where else. And that statement I will fight to the death over they are that good....

Go to Phillips and get the fried oysters. Then, go to the Aquarium and the Science Center. If you go to Fells Point, be sure to stop by Soundgarden. Its as big as a Tower Records but with a MUCH better selection. There's also a little place called Reptilian Records that deals mostly in punk and metal.

To solve the M&S issue, I believe there is supposed to be an extremely good crab crackin' place on Federal Hill, but I have no idea where. Maybe ask a hotel concierge.

If its around Federal Hill its probably expensive as hell, though. Of course, the Inner Harbor's not any better.
