Anyone here have a job in activism? Just curious. I'm in urban planning, but I'm tired of it. I'm thinking I wanna work for a very partisan left wing organization of some kind. Any ideas?

I used to work for Planned Parenthood, but I'm not sure that's what you're looking for.

Do you want general left-wing stuff? Or particular-issue organizations?

Are you in Wisconsin? There are so many orgs in NY or DC, but I'd think there'd be some around Madison or something...

You can check out the Center for American Progress for a start. I'll try and think of some hard-core lefty stuff though.

What would someone almost, but not quite 18, be able to do?

Liberal-leaning things, if anything, please.

Oh, how could I have forgotten about the orgies? Well that puts a spring in my step. There's hope for us yet!

Volunteer for an organization maybe? Are you looking for something that's not full-time?
