Anybody got any good ideas on how to stop this shit? I've got this fucker calling my house constantly, and they're beginning to piss me off to all hell. Don't people have anything better to do than call a number, sit there like a jackass and then just hang up? Like, 6 times in an hour. People suck.

I don't know if it is the same everywhere (probably not)
but we have qwest as our service provider and you can do one of 2 things.

punch in *60 right after you hang up and it will block all calls coming from that phone number

or punch in *57 right after you hang up and it will send their phone number to the phone company. If they call you 3 times (and you punch in the *57 three times) then the phone company or law enforcement will deal with them. This is for prank phone calls.

if you don't have qwest as your provider, then call your provider and ask if they do something similar.

When I was maybe 12-13 we had something like that happen to us. There was this girl at my school, who was beyond crazy, and she would call our house and either sit there silent on the other end, or make obscene comments. We called the police and I think that they tapped our phone and once they found out it was indeed her, they took care of it. I don't remember exactly what they did to her, but the calls stopped.

With the way this band is going, yeah, I could wait a couple months. lol

Damn, did they take her out back and shoot her or something? I'd actually be quite happy if that's what they do to these people. I think I might know who it is, but I'm not sure.
