So I've looked all over IMDB.com and googled a lot of shit and I still can't find the movie I'm looking for. All I remember is the plot and one of the characters.
The plot concerns a reality show in the near future in which the contestants must kill each other to win. The returning champion (the only character I remember) is a pregnant woman who is supremely cold-blooded.
I'm almost positive it was made around 2000-2001, I know someone has to have seen this.

That's it. I loved that movie. The mall scene kicked ass!
