Brady definitely has had a lot of success taking his team down the field for the game winning FG, but I don't think he has as many "come from behind" wins as some of the guys on that list.

Probably due to the Pats defense and the fact that they're always head more than anything Brady hasn't himself done.

Marino should be closer to #1

Are we counting the 1st half 2-minute drill?

Figures...its amazing I can even remember the game at all. I thought it was at the end of the half. I remember playing cards that day and the highlight came on. Maybe it came on at halftime of one of the other games???

It's inconceivable to me that the success John Elway enjoyed in this category puts him a mere one spot ahead of a quarterback who is only in his 5th season.

Good to see Staubach getting recognition. The guy was one of the original scramblers.

Quote:
During his career, Staubach developed a reputation for pulling out victories when defeat looked inevitable. His refusal to give up lost causes meant he led the Cowboys to 23 come-from-behind victories in the fourth quarter. Seventeen of those comebacks came in the final two minutes of games. "Roger never knew when the game was over," said Dallas tight end Billy Joe Dupree.

Quote:
His 410 career rushes netted him 2,264 yards and 20 touchdowns. He led the NFL in passing four times, was named to six Pro Bowls, and was named All-NFC four times. Staubach developed the reputation for making the big play. His ability to bring his team from behind was legendary and earned him the nickname "Captain Comeback."

Tom Brady: "18 drives to either break a tie or take the lead in the fourth quarter or OT -- the latest at Pittsburgh on Sunday -– capped by his two Super Bowl-winning two-minute drills."-from SI.

Plus, he's only 28 and in his 6th full season.

I'm not knocking him, but it seems like Vinateri deserves just as much, if not more, credit, for a lot of these wins than Brady.

And the "drive" against the Panthers went about 30 yards thanks to their kicker...

I agree that Vinateri deserves alot of credit too. Brady sets them up for the win, Vinateri seals the deal. The Pats would not be in the position they are now in without either of these two players.
