hes legit and is definetly in my top 10... but his concerts arnt consistent enough to warrant the top 5 unfortunately

Mendeski, Martin, and Wood kicks ass

dont really listen to the black crowes, and the Allman Brothers are amazing but only 1 steel guitar player belongs in the top 5

Right away? Windham Hell but they're just instrumental, I don't think they really jam much, or at all.
