If your a fan of Evil Dead / Shaun Of The Dead / Early peter jackson check this one out! I rented it & was suprised how good it was.
the guy that made it used money begged & borrowed from family & frineds to make it, but it looks like a big budget hollywood deal.

I picked it up with High Tension on Tuesday. I liked it quite a bit. It had me laughing quite a few times and it was VERY gory for an R-rated movie.

The fish scene was classic.

I watched this last night. I have to say, after all the positive hype I had heard I thought it was a better than average zombie flick. I was pretty tired when I watched it though so there were points when I think I was just out of it during the movie. I liked the Dead Alive-esque gore factor, and the alien angle was at least original. On the other hand, I didn't find it nearly as funny as everyone had told me, but again, being dead tired when you're watching something can definitely take the humor right out of it. I'll have to watch it again before I return this one.
