OK, I don't think you should sue stores and manufactures for crimes committed w/ their guns, but they rejected an amendment that would have allowed you to sue a manufacturer or retailer if the criminal got the gun via gross neglegence on their part. What the fuck's wrong with that? If you don't do the background check and some ex-con offs someone, you should share some blame.
