at least '95 is ottawa '05.
seriously. the whole song is pure emotion. the solo is searing, the choruses are perfect, and finally, the extended ending crowd singalong/ eddie tag - its so vulnerable and honest. and then when eddie comes in again with the do-do-dos after the tags - its chilling. best in at least ten years.

The best "Best Version of Black" thread since at least November 2004 is this one!

I wasn't at the Ottawa show and I think it's the best version of Black.
Replace the "I know someday..." part with the MTV Unplugged version, and throw in the "we belong together" part in from that too......and you have the best version of Black ever.
