Found this snippet on the triple j (oz radio stn) site:

Pearl Jam braves Brazil

40,000 Brazilian Pearl Jam fans are celebrating this week after the group announced they'll perform for the first time ever in the city of Sao Paulo. But only after cutting through some serious red tape with Brazilian authorities. They've agreed to a list of demands set out by the city's Mayor, including that the shows finish by 9:45pm sharp, that the organisers clean up the stadium and the surrounding streets, and that Pearl Jam only have half an hour to rehearse in the stadium each day.

It might be a very short set.


Looks like everyone will have pick up duty after the shows!

hopefully if the GA shows in Sth America go smoothly and safely, which i'm sure they will, it may result in a return to more GA shows in the future (OZ/Euro tour) and maybe even a gradual return to festivals. Hopefully PJ will play in Germany during the soccer world cup as i will be there!
