Ok its back to popping up in the background when I'm away from my computer. I did what Peeps said to do and that should have worked. Shoot The Messenger says its disabled still. So wtf is it still doing this?! >_<
and try that and I did and it said it was disabled and it seemed to be. But yesterday it had come back up! Now I don't know what else to do. This is becoming as bad as spy ware.

Or are you talking about 'net send' messages?
I'm talking about leaving my computer with just my desktop and no programs running especially not MSN ot Outlook, and having Windows Messenger pop up in the background when I never signed into it.
