OK, this is largely experimental; I made a computer program that rates each team based on the teams they've won against and lost to. For example, a team gets more points for beating a highly-rated team than for beating a team with a low rating. Similarly, a team loses more points for losing to a team with a low rating than a team with a high rating.

We'll see how this works out over the weeks. Right now, it's fairly close to the team's actual record, with a few exeptions.
