The scene in the hallway during "Unfaithful", and though there really isn't sex in the scene, the scene in "Closer" with Natalie Portman as a stripper, so so hot.

Don't know if this counts, but Reese Witherspoon did a movie where Cotton (from the Scream series) is hooking up with her, then she gets up and wonders around naked. Technically it's a sex scene but it's really just great for her beautiful breasts.
Salma Heyek in Desperado is also a great one.
