Robert Downey Jr as Poe...I could see him pulling it off. Based on a script written by Stallone...I think not.

I thought he was too busy killing the Rocky and Rambo series to do anything else.

I do think Sly is talented, but he hasn't written anything worthwhile since the early 80s.
