he was wondering why he was on, since most athletes have to actually win something to be on such shows.

you mean like the only rookie to win his first 8 starts? maybe "winning" in NE means something different.

Tom Brady was on last week. I bet he brought his Superbowl rings.

WINNING

I only look at sporting history from the point in time after they stopped selling leaded gas, but I'll keep this in mind.

PJD- i am happy for you and your pats' success in the past decade, but please don't make me bring up their horrible past. its not like the patriots are a "storied" franchise with a "rich" past. btw- i don't remember EVER selling "leaded" gas- its funny that YOU do

I must not have clarified. Will someone at least half intellegent like to tell me what was said and what was talked about on the Letterman show?

1/2 was the only one that typed something worth reading.

First of all this is not a Steelers thread, as you should know because you started it, and second someone remind me when the last time the steelers won a super bowl, I dont think I was alive then.

do you know the pats don't even have over a .500 winning % as a franchise? do you know the pats suffered the worst superbowl woodshed ass-whipping in history?

I really don't either, but I only have a slight memory of the Steelers winning the Superbowl. Come to think of it, you probably have no memory of that either considering how long ago it was.

BTW, feel free to bring up the Pats sucky history. Again, that's in the past. Let's talk about today - let's talk about the future - let's talk about Tom Brady's ass.
