I can't decide if this is going to be good or crap, but I loved the old Liquid Television shorts, and Charlize Theron is undisputably hot. I guess we'll see.

I worked for the company who made those old liquid television shorts. I was so surprised to see a live action movie happening. I don't think many people know about Aeon Flux.

I'm a little disappointed. It just doesn't look as weird or creepy or as erotic as the cartoon. The story sounds pretty tame too. Oh well.

The MTV stuff never works for me. Was it cool at all? I really used to like the shorts.

I was a HUGE fan of Aeon on Liquid Television and the followup series. I'll definitely be checking this one out.

On a related note, Peter Chung's contribution to the Animatrix project was similarly brilliant. Give it a look if you haven't already.

I thought the same thing when i saw the trailer.

the show was strange, spacey and errie. Even with all the graphics in the world I don't think live action could ever give it justice.

i didn't know that the movie was based on anything, but just from seeing the trailers it looks like one of the worst movies ever made.

For the life of me, i can not recall the details of the anime that was on liquid television, but i do recall i used to watch it religiously and enjoyed that and the MAXX


having just seen it, i have to say, i thoroughly enjoyed it. the sexual overtones were there, just not as prevelant as the series. the special effects were very good, and i must say, i was a bit creeped out by cathandra (sp or even if thats the correct name)

on a scale of 1 to 10, i give it a solid 8

It looks awful. The premise sounds dull, and she doesn't do any acting. I don't care if it follows the anime perfectly or not. It just isn't my cup of tea. And did North Country already come out or was it such a flatliner that I didn't hear anything about it?
