Is there a bone in his body he hasn't broken yet? Maybe the 3 little ones in his ear?

Now we just need kak/Cartman to make an entrance.

Although, this thread may need to be bumped soon--it sure looks like McNair might not be a Titan at least next season:

http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll ... 30405/1027

Quote:
This offseason the Titans are expected to be about $10 million under the cap, but the total hinges on what happens with McNair's contract. The 11th-year pro will be involved in the decision, which could result in another restructured contract (with an extension), retirement, release or trade.

At issue is the $50 million option bonus negotiated into McNair's contract in March 2004 which would count a devastating $26.8 million against the cap in 2006.

$26.8 million?

he will be a titan, restructuring contracts is common place in the nfl.

This is true, but:

Seriously, no one-year cap hit should ever be that big.

but its a roster bonus, not a signing bonus. a roster bonus isnt guaranteed so there is no dead money that goes along with it. If the contract is restructured by the start of free agency then its like the roster bonus never existed, and make the 26.8 million nothing more than monopoly money.

I'm aware of all the technicalities that make money not so guaranteed. These figures just look plain silly when they come up.
