with David Lee Roth?????

Is this atrocity just on my local radio station or is that idiot going to have a nat'l show?

I weep for humanity.

Was it wrong to come to work an hour and a half late just to hear Jackie the Jokeman reunite w/ Howard and the crew on today's show?

it was great to hear Jackie back and to play stump the Jokeman. But i think Artie is such much funnier on the show. but i was great to hear everyone just do their Jackie impressions.

I like both Artie and Jackie, but after 5 years of no Jackie I thought it was nice to hear everyone discuss the old days...Artie was a good sport and talked about how he and his cousins used to see Jackie do stand up. I miss Jackie, but I'm glad Artie is on the show.

it was classis. Jackie didn't miss a step, it really felt like it was 1999 again. I hope he visits Howard over at Sirius in the future.

it was good to have Jackie on to reminisce......but Artie is much better IMO.

I was hoping that they'd play at least part of "Timmy The Cat", but the clips the played were great...I also enjoyed the story of Jessica Hahn's wet nightgown ending up in Jackie's bag!

And kiddo, retitle this thread "Howard Stern's Final Show" so we don't have to create another thread for tomorrow.

I'm not sure how enjoyable the last show will be over the radio, as it's gonna be mainly a buncha speeches and shouting outside on the streets. It should be a good time for whoever's there, though. Anyone in NYC have any updates on the possible transit strike?

Nothing new, but the contingency plans sound like out-and-out craziness. Must have 4 people in a car to enter mid-town. Large portions of 5th and Madison closed to anything but emergency and mass transit. Crazy shit.

If they are going to strike, it seems like it'd be more effective to do it on a Monday. More chaos that way.
