im confused by the middle of this movie..

first the convict wants to kill harry, then the prof comes in, brefiends the convict and they converse..

then a minute later they are all best buddies after the rat guy??

i know hes the one who really did it, but why did that revalation make other dudes want to stop killing harry (and why did he even want to kill harry in the 1st place if the didnt kill the rest of the family?)

I take it you've not read the books. The movie is nowhere near as good, and, in all fairness, I suppose it could be a bit confusing, given how rushed the ending was (and had to be to fit in a 2-and-a-half hour time frame). Believe me when I tell you that if you enjoyed the movie at all, you'll like reading the books.

Now, I would like to be more helpful and actually ANSWER your question, but, frankly, you lost me. Sorry.

what exactly happened in the part in that little shack where the killer dude become friendly with harry..what was said or dont to make him not want to kill him all of a sudden

He never wanted to kill Harry. He was after the rat the whole time which makes it look like he was after harry. Read the books, you won't regret it. IMO they are some of the best books I have ever read and they will definitely fill in all the gaps.

You think this movie was rushed, wait until the 4th movie comes out. The book is almost 1000 pages compared to book 3 which was maybe 400.

I know....there's absolutely no way they can do it justice.

id love to read it but i dont have the attention span..id rather watch the movie..i may have finished 2 books in my life (both by g carlin)

im sure theyre awesome..

i think that hp movie story lines blow away lord of the rings..i think lotr movies bring the word overrated to a whole new level

serioulsy..i wasnt that impressed..some of the fight scenes were cool, but it seemed to go on and on with the same old shit forever..im sure the books are much better but i expected more outta the movies for how much they were hyped up

coming from someone who refuses to read, this argument holds as much water as a sieve.

makes sense now..the rat was there the whole time..he even chased the rat in to begin with..i actually thought that but the reason i ruled that out was that they didnt know the man was even alive as the rat until the prof confiscated harrys map (or did they know he was alive and harry didnt?)



im not judging the actual story, just the movie version..i liked lotr but i just think it was overrated..when i put the dvd in i expected it to absolutely blow my mind, i thought it was decent but not mind blowing like everyone says..

why does everyone get on my case about not reading..it just doesnt excite me to sit down with a book and read..i get bored real easy..half the time i forget what ive read like a page later..id rather sit down on the couch with some beers and food and watch the movie versions..its just a personal preference..
