A long time ago I made a bio/gigography site for the occasional band that I am in.

You'll have to buy him one of those hard flight cases, then seal it up with Duck tape, plaster it with 'Fragile' stickers, send it priority mail and pray.
It might be worth unbolting the neck.

If you get a good hard case, it should be fine. They're not too much, about 100, and then just ask Spoike to pay you back. Then you can go get yourself a nice case as well.
