So I was listening to Blind Guardian's acousticish CD The Forgotten Tales Image and I was thinking that they should put together another one. Since 96' they have written a lot of stuff that could be potentially covered acoustically. The Maiden And The Minstrel Knight comes to mind, and stuff like Noldor(Dead Winter Reigns) and Blood Tears from the Nightfall album. Maybe an orchestration version of the song Nightfall. I don't know what songs of other people would be good to cover though, maybe a more mellow Iced Earth song? that aside I'm really looking forward to Hansi's opera album, it shall kick much ass.

Blood Tears would be amazing acoustic. I really want to see BG live.

as would I

I hope they step a little bit away from what they did on A Night At the Opera, I did not care for that album besides "And then there was Silence" which is an amazing song.

I loved that album, actually, but it seems like many people did not. The whole thing was just great, from Precious Jerusalem through And Then There Was Silence (which is an absolutely incredible song). This bonus track seemed bonus track-y in that it didn't quite fit chronologically in my eyes.

Depends what language it's in dude. The Spanish one sounds the best, the Italian one is HORRIBLE though.

I believe I have the Spanish version, and I like it as a song but I felt the album would've ended better with "And Then There Was Silence"
