I'm about to make a Feta cheese, Spinach and Tomato omelette.
Yummy.
What are your favorite omelettes to make?
This would do it real nice. How do you make your omelete? Are you a trifold sort of guy? Egg whites only? Heavy cream for that extra added fluff? Talk to me about it.
i like putting tofu and soy-based products in my omelettes

A touch of milk is the key to good scrambled eggs or an omelette.
true dat
i worked at a deli for 5 years and we never used milk. i suppose it's because it's a fast business and there's no time for milk, but now i don't like it with milk.

how much milk are you using? you're not supposed to be able to tell. it's just for the consistency.

So what you're say is, you prefer your eggs heavy and thick rather than light and fantastic?

If you use a dash of milk it will make your omelette fluffy. Fluffy omelettes are good.
