Michael's first heel stint as IC Champ, after he kicked Jannety's ass was the best of his career. Then he became a pussy babyface and egomanic .

If Marty was first who was your favorite?

I can't remember which Wrestlemania... but he was fighting Tito Santana. The Brain kept calling Reba McIntyre, who had sung the national anthem, Ariba McIntyre -- Tito's sister!

Some of the funniest commentary I've ever heard.

Michaels fought Tito at WMXIII.

Keeping the thread on track, if you check out the Royal Rumble '93 IC Title match between Michaels and Jannetty, you'll get to hear one of 'The Brain's finest pieces of work.

"See, what I'd do now is throw him outside and piledrive him on the steps. That way you break both shoulders and bust his head open. Good amatuer manouver."

BTW. There used to be a site that had a ton of Bobby Heenan quotes.

Off topic again:

Same Wrestlemania -- Hitman v Piper

Heenan: "What would you do if you were the Piper"

Gorilla: "Head on. Take him head on. No other way but head on!"

Heenan: "What would you do if you were the Hitman?"

Gorilla: "I would use my speed, I'd use my agility. And I would use some wrestling moves.... how would you do it if you were the Hitman?"

Heenan: "Well... first of all, I'd get my agent to buy him for me. (Gorilla: "Oh please") And if that didn't work, I'd wallop him with a chair, or pound him with a tyre iron.... I'd do somethin'!!!"

______

They had great chemistry.

I wish the WWF would release all the old Wrestlemania's, Survivor Series, etc on dvd. I'd buy them in a second. I have a lot of them recorded on Beta somewhere...

Heenan: "Who?"
