I like USC by a couple of touchdowns. I can't get the vision of last year's Oklahoma team getting its doors blown off by the Trojans out of my head.

I think Vince Young will be a turnover machine.

Playing in your hometown has to count for something.

I stated in an earlier post that I thought texas would win "easier" that most would think. So I am sticking with that prediction. It will be a close score, but Texas will control the game. Of course I could be totally wrong. Wouldn't be the first time, that is why I no longer bet on football.

After what I've seen from USC it's tough to pick against them, however just like with west virginia, people have been talking about how USC will destroy everyone up to the Houston Texans and Texas will fold just like Oklahoma last year. This is why they play the game. Reggie and Leinart aside, the key to USC's offense is mr Lendale White, when he does not play well they don't do well. If texas focuses on anything it should be open field tackling and Lendale White. Then getting pressure on Leinart. OSU took apart Notre Dame and USC had a tough time with them, people have overlooked Texas, I don't think that will be lost on them. Texas got through a poorly played game with A&M to get there and they did beat a very very good OSU team and a decent offense in Texas Tech, they also beat the other OSU after a tremendous comeback so we know they can do that too, and they beat Michigan in the Rose Bowl last year so they are seasoned. Mack Brown can win big games. My head says USC, but my heart says Texas. I'm following my heart and Texas much much much better Defense.

No surprise here, but I'm going with the Horns, 38-35.

I think they are the better team top to bottom and, if they can avoid turnovers, should be able to move the ball on USC.

If the defense can come up with a few key stops, and the special teams can make some plays, as they've done all year, they have an excellent chance in this game.

That's what I'm thinking. I think it will be close, but I give the Trojans the edge. I'll be rooting for Texas just so I don't need to hear more constant praise of USC.

Ok listen up. When Texas wins a game, they SLAUGHTER them by like 40+ pts. However, you guys need to realize that their entire region sucks balls.

I think USC has more talent, consistency, and a real defense. I'm going for them.

You are vastly underselling Texas' defense (and overselling USC's). USC has not played a defense of this calibre in a long time.

i think texas starts off early lookin nice and takes the lead..maybe even leading them at half..but usc pulls away in the 3rd and dont look back..
