Band of Horses - Shins meets MMJ - album out in March on Sub Pop
I picked up their limited edition tour EP. It's solid. I'm really looking forward to the full length. They're getting a ton of local buzz in Seattle.
I'm also looking forward to the debut full length from Silversun Pickups. I have their EP, Pikul, which is awesome. You can hear tracks from it on their website http://www.silversunpickups.com

thanks. i'm hearing a prairie wind neil young/nebraska springsteen fronting the band in i lost my dingle on the red line and more than a touch of the shins in bass song. that's relatively diverse for just two songs. i like this.
