Are you referring to the On a Friday tape?

king, i love your new avatar. it makes axl look like a saint or something with the white backdrop.

edit: on topic, are these demos of the new album? sorry, i'm not too hardcore into radiohead, but have a passing interest in them.

No, early stuff, before Pablo Honey.

Whoopdi-shit. We get to hear the band three years before they became interesting.

I got them but haven't bothered to listen to them. If they are like the On a Friday demos that came out two years ago or something, they'll be interesting to hear. but it's not like the band early on was so amazing or something... they were still learning their craft.

Ouch. Nasty way of saying it, but you may be right. I've heard just about all of Radiohead's "official" releases, and they were horridly boring before The Bends. This is a band with "Big Ideas", but without the money they made off of Pablo Honey, those ideas "weren't gonna happen".

... sorry, bad Radiohead in-joke.

they're working on it again but instincts tell me it will not happen.

And yes, the demos stink. they're interesting to hear and to have a good chuckle at, but not worth a repeated listen.
