List two mediocre to crappy songs, next person picks a winner and they can list two songs etc. Its the best of the worst.

My Humps - Black Eyed Peas
vs.
These Boots - Jessica Simpson

Both those songs aren't close to mediocre. They're god-awful. But if I had to choose, it'd be the Jessica Simpson one, for two reasons. First, the other song is a fucking travesty, seriously one of the worst songs to ever become a hit. Second, I've never seen pics of Jessica Simpson pissing herself.

Here's two pretty mediocre songs:

Jamie's Cryin' - Van Halen

vs.

Love in an Elevator - Aerosmith

:?:

What defines a song as mediocre?

Can I see a link to the formula?

Come as You Are isn't mediocre. It's sad that you like Kelly Clarkson over Nirvana.

Garbage! Oh, and Since U Been Gone is a fucking good song...I can't deny it. And by good I mean extremely catchy.

Hmm, mediocre bands? How about:

Queens of the Stone Age

vs.

Modest Mouse

Ahahah, I know you folks can agree those are mediocre.

I think it might be too late to save this thread. Not only have people been arguing over what's mediocre, but apparently some people don't know the difference between a song and a band. :?
