I only got into it at the end of 2005 but i fell in love with it very quickly. It's by far the most original show on TV in my opinion. It's amazing that they can jump from a truly hilarious scene to an incredibly moving scene in a single episode.

The university download network has seasons 1-4 and the first few season 5 episodes up for download even though we're only in the first couple of seasons here in the UK.

Dr Cox is amazingly funny and he always manages to call JD an original girl's name each episode. The janitor makes me pee laughing too.
