Damn. I am having the same problem. I reregistered with my old email and password and sent them an email asking them to update all of my info. Still no word yet.

I am too having the same issue. I emailed the 10c and havent received a response. The issue is not resolved either. I think they should just post an FYI on the page saying its not working to keep us from wasting our time and trying every day
I had this problem last summer for a few weeks when trying to log into the Goods section to check my account. By accident I found out that by clicking to view one of the products after failing to log in that the web page would then recognize me as logged in.
After a few weeks this stopped happening and has worked fine ever since, including since the Goods section came back up a couple weeks ago.
