This reminds me of the Rams-Pats Super Bowl, only it's the 6 seed getting all the credit. Too many people are underestimating the Seahawks.
I'm +670 with the bookie and already took 600 on the Seahawks +4. I'll either be +1270 or even. I feel more confident in this game than any I have bet in a while.

Is there a line on when Shaun Alexander goes down with some kind of game injury? Or whether or not Bettis Fumbles?
There might be, I was trying to look through props for the superbowl and barely got through the first page because there were so many...and there were 4 pages!

guys, bettis fumbles very rarely. I can't believe you're even making this an issue. anyone would have fumbled the ball like he did when you got a lineman putting his helmet right on the ball.

bettis has fumbled less than 6% of the time alexander has fumbled 22% of the time
id say its safe to bet alexander will fumble before bettis
I know the rare potential for bettis to fumble. I'm talking about betting. Bettis has fumbled a few times in the playoffs when he usually is rock solid. It's a fair thing to bet on. Alexander is often refered to as "Soft Shaun" and given the physical nature of the stillers, it's another fun bet that Alexander could potentially be knocked out of the game.
I'm not saying bettis will fumble or Alexander will be knocked out, but it's something to bet on. That's all.
I meant betting for freak events, like Hasslebeck throwing a pick, he hasn't yet thrown one this postseason I don't believe. Or, Rothlisberger making a game saving tackle. Or maybe even who will be the MVP.
you know, for the degenerate gamblers, like myself.
I hate the Steelers and voted for Seattle to win out of pure hope, but if I was a betting man (I'm not) I would bet a lot of money on the Steelers to cover the 4 points. I just think they have fate on their side this year. They remind me a lot of the Baltimore team from 2000 that wasn't all that great during the regular season and then caught fire during the playoffs and won the whole thing. I can see Seattle being overwhelmed early and then trying to fight back into the game, only to lose 31-21.
