There are very few albums that i would say my favorite part is the middle, but there are very few albums with a stronger middle run than this. Most albums have a clunker somewhere in the midst of things.

Barely Legal to Last Night is one of the best midsections ever. Someday is the best song on the CD.

Alone we stand, together we faaaaaall apart

This album never did much for me. Room On Fire is where it's at.

I totally agree with Someday; it's in my top 10 favorite songs. But as far as the middle being better than the rest, I can't agree with that. If I did, I'd be leaving out Take It or Leave It and Hard to Explain. Those are 2 of the best tracks on the album.

Have you ever heard New York City Cops? It was left off the American release because it came out right after 9/11. If you haven't, download it or PM me. It's an amazing song.

by the way,
did you guys know this is our Is this it? front cover. Because I didn't know until a few weeks ago the US had a different cover:

Kinda funny this wasn't 'allowed' in America...

Yes. It's not even close to being "exactly the same". Far superior, in my opinion.

the australian version also had the track new york city cops on it, which i think was pulled from US releases because it was pretty much released around sept 11...

it is one of the better songs on the album...

these guys supported You am i in australia, and they broke here first..

another testament to you am i

it was meant to be aon all copies of the album, and got pulled out of sensitivity, its not like it was a bonus track tacked on the end of our version..

Modern Girls & Old Fashioned Men & NYC cops are GREAT songs

I got Room on Fire first, and loved it but me thinks Is The It has slowly became my favorite
