I've been hearing their song, "Walking With A Ghost" a lot lately and have become addicted to it. Does anyone know there other stuff and do you recommend them?

I'll second the inquiry. I've heard a couple of their songs and really enjoyed them. However, I seem to be a sexist music consumer and have very few female acts in my collection. Anyone recommend the entire CD?

I know that this is a horrible bump, but I love this band and I think their last album in "groovy".

Never heard of them and have no idea what kind of music they play.

They sound like an "acoustic cafe" version of Cyndie Lauper.

Avoid.

Tegan and Sara, along with Dave Matthews Band and the Moulon Rouge soundtrack, are the top 3 things that I refuse to let my girlfriend play in my car.

Take what you will from that.

That Walking with a Ghost song is sickeningly catchy.

Especially when the White Stripes can do a cover of their best song and blow their version out of the water.

their version hardly blows t & s' version out of the water. It's good, but not even better. I'm a big fan of the stripes, but Jack's voice has never been more annoying than on that song. It's just more tight from Tegan and Sara, and with the kind of hooks you have in that song, that's what It needs to be. Though it was cool seeing the stripes play it live.

Years ago I saw them live as an acoustic duo. They were being looked at by Niel Young's label. Their record came out and I completely lost interest. They were good when they were an acoustic duo though. Although, a little too much Ani Difrancoish.

I never heard of them until I saw them open for Neil in 2000 as an acoustic duo. I liked their performance so I bought the CD; I liked some of the songs but was kind of disappointed.

I still like "Walking With A Ghost" and listen to it pretty often. I've never heard much of their other music though.
