It wasn't that hard. He used the same paragraph in two separate posts in the Google.cn thread, which was quite odd.

Just take any random sentence from one of Tuga's posts and search for it on Google, enclosed in quotes to search for the exact sentence. You'll find the page it was copied from.

According to my father who is a Hunters Safety Instructor as well as a Police Officer:

First, Nobody leaves the scene of a shooting, accidental or otherwise, until released by the police investigating the shooting.

Second, All shootings are investigated. However, local law enforcement officials were prevented from interviewing Cheney. The Secret Service barred them from speaking to him after the incident. Kenedy County Texas Sheriffs Lt. Juan Guzman said deputies first learned of the shooting when an ambulance was called. Under Texas law there is mandatory reporting of all gunshot wounds and that triggers an investigation.

Third, Blood alcohol levels are mandatory in all shootings. But not this time. Could it have been excessive blood alcohol levels that cannot, now, be measured? The cops should have interviewed Cheney immediately to determine if he had been consuming alcohol.

Fourth, This was a clear violation of the most basic firearms and hunters safety rules.

I've gotta say, ever since Tuga's first posts, I've suspected that this was either a current or former member of the board in a new identity, but my number one suspect has told me in the past week (before this came to light) that Tuga is not him.

So I'm at square one myself on this.
