please add to the crimes and misdemeanors. or i may just be off my rocker...

the world is a very depressing place to be. there's a corporate-governmental control over the entire globe. especially in the third world. take out exhorbitant loans, presidents get rich, and the countries go poor while the imf gets happy. there's a couple of wars going on right now. afghanistan, iraq. not to mention the plo is controlled by extremists, and iran is getting crazier. north korea is still rogue. there's illegals getting into the country. the ports aren't safe. mean jean from ohio is well... mean. the republicans are all crooks, well at least the ones that dealt with abermoff, which means the pres, vp, and the speaker of the house. the vp, not only shot a man and didn't tell anyone, but the armstrong ranch has close ties with baker-botts, which is not only the counsel to haliburton, but to scooter libby, who was told by the vp to leak the name of a cia agent to the reporter who was in the pocket of the white house. she went to jail protecting a criminal. and don't get me started talking about the president having the nsa conduct unwarrented survellence on us citizens. not to mention the patriot act will be passed again that will allow the fbi to seize some personal records from banks and libraries without warrants.

Welcome to politics.....I'm almost positive that my political beliefs have transcended party politics and I now believe that the ENTIRE world is run by a select group of people that view us as simple pawns taking up space....our opinions mean absolutely nothing to the "chosen few".

and what's the deal with islam? i'm not being blasphemus here, but i hear no where in the koran, it says you can't have a sense of humor, or that the prophet can't be shown in a cartoon. doesn't say anything. wondering if anyone has thoughts on this?

Islam is EXTREMELY opposed to illustrations of hoyl or sacred things, there is an underlying belief that images will cause the muslims to worship the image instead of the deity...

Thats why when you read an actual copy of the Koran, it is written in Caligraphy and the text is surrounded with ( I do not remember the name of it) a form of art that is basically swooping lines and curves that suggest Infinite, or that suggest the infinite power of God...

When the image was published depicting one of their most sacred figures as a stereotype, they got pissed, it's understandable, but it doesn't justify the dipshitted violence...
